How fast do you process orders?

Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days.

Do you offer different shipping speeds?

You can opt to use regular shipping, or if you're in a hurry to receive your next order, choose Express Post.

Normal shipping generally takes 1-8 days to receive. Express is usually 1-2 business day for capital cities, or 2-5 days for regional addresses.

International Shipping Costs:

The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location. Once you've entered your address into the cart, the website will calculate your shipping cost.

Please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover.

Who do you ship with?

In Australia, we use Australia Post and Aramex to send orders.

For International orders, we use Australia Post.

Do you offer tracking numbers?

We certainly do. You can follow where your parcel is, right up to delivery to your door.
